WHEN REAL PAIN TELLS THE STORY.
That’s “Electric Device” — a short film commissioned by Panasonic to awaken public awareness about the hidden dangers of household electrical appliances. But more than awareness, there must be something that left a lasting impact. Something that couldn’t be ignored.
We knew only the fear wasn’t enough. So, we chose brutal honesty.
No actors, no glam—just raw, real survivors sharing their scars, pain, and truth. At The Colours, we believe in “staying true.” The scars are visible, the emotions are naked, the stories are unfiltered. This vulnerability was the heart of the film — it’s what makes it impossible to look away and impossible to forget.

Three stories. Three lives forever changed by electricity.

A 13-year-old boy with burns that disfigured his face.

A woman who lost her family in a fire caused by faulty wiring.

A young man who lives without his arms, the result of a devastating electrical accident.

TOO IMPACTFUL TO STAY ONLINE.
Originally planned for Panasonic’s digital channels, the film’s emotional weight and social resonance quickly turned it into something bigger. It was expanded to OOH and cinema advertising, a decision driven purely by audience reaction. When a story is powerful enough, it demands to be seen — everywhere.
